Analytical Procedure for the Extraction of Material Parameters in Antiferroelectric ZrO₂

Here, we present an analytical procedure to extract the anisotropy constants of antiferroelectric (AFE) materials from a few key features experimental polarization versus field curves. Our approach is validated for two datasets ZrO $_\text{2}$ capacitors, and extracted parameters are consistent with microscopically nonpolar nature zero-field state AFE . The methodology has applications in nonvolatile memories memristors, as well electron devices exploiting negative capacitance (NC) operation
